Outline: what the $500 software payment covers, licence scope, permitted use, customer responsibilities, delivery of software access, limitation of liability and governing law. Final text is confirmed in writing before payment.
What the $500 software payment covers
The one-time $500 payment is for access to the NZT software and the operating modes described to you before purchase. It is not a payment for wagers, winnings or any gambling activity, and it does not include fuel, hardware, hosting or connectivity unless a separate written quote says so.
Licence scope
Access is granted to the buyer for the number of devices and the operating environment confirmed in writing before payment. The licence is personal and non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the software.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate compatibility information: platform, game type, device, operating system and region.
- Operate within the rules of the platforms you use and any law that applies where you are.
- Keep your account, device and payment credentials secure and used only by you.
Delivery of access and final terms
Software access is delivered after the compatibility check and a written summary of the confirmed scope. Delivery method and timing depend on the setup you choose.
